We all had our fingers, toes, eyes and hooves crossed that our Annual One Day Event would take place given the number of carriage driving events that had already been cancelled this year.  

Thankfully Liz and Peter said that conditions were ok and that we could continue with the event.  Cue manic setting up of the course !

It started off beautifully, however as the day progressed so did the weather change. Yes, so we had the odd shower or two, maybe the odd clap of thunder and a bolt of lightn...
